Judging by the distinct green bottle, it appears she used Bokuju Sumi Ink… with, perhaps, a Grumbacher Academy paintbrush with white nylon bristles (it looks similar to a few I have LOL).
I mention the type of bristles because that ink is known to eat metal pen nibs – better to use a cheeper brush, I should think!
